The following terms and conditions relate to the use of this site as well as the services offered by Illuminate Health both online and on site at our centre.
Appointments
Appointments and sessions are subject to availability but we will do our best to accommodate all requests.
All sessions must be paid in advance.
Appointments and sessions that need to be cancelled should give 24-hour notice. Individuals will be charged if they miss a session or cancel within 24-hours.
Liability
The information on this site or that given during consultations do not constitute medical advice. It is the individual’s responsibility to ensure they receive appropriate medical advice to determine if they are fit to attend the red light therapy sessions or Ayurvedic consultations. We recommend you consult your GP/doctor before starting any of our modalities.
It is important that individuals provide us wth accurate information about themselves. Each individual is responsible for ensuring the veracity of the informaiton provided.
While we strive to ensure that the information on this site is accurate, we do not take liability for any error or omission and do not accept liability for any action that is taken, loss or injury that may be experienced based on the information found on this site or through the services we provide.
Service suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend the operation of the site for repair or maintenance work or for the purpose of upgrading or updating content or functionality.
The service may be terminated if you do not comply with with these terms of service or if you do not pay the sums due to Illuminate Health.
Warranties
Illuminate Health takes responsibility to ensure that all services are provided with reasonable skill and care.
Statutory right, refunds and cancellations
Illuminate Health reserves the right to increase appointment and session fees at any time.
Any cancellation or refund right offered by these terms of service do not affect the consumer’s statutory rights.
Appointment and session refunds can only be credited to the original credit or debit card that was used to make the payment.

Prices and availability displayed on the site or in our centre may change at any time without notice.

Age restrictions
The minimum age for the Ayurvedic consultations and red light therapy sessions is 16-years-old.
Contraindications for red light therapy
Please consult your medical doctor/GP prior to using red light therapy.
It should not be inferred or implied that red light therapy cures or treats any disease. In the rare event that you experience pain or discomfort after or while using red light therapy, please immediately discontinue its use.
Red light therapy is contraindicated for people with the following conditions:
Pregnancy
Photosensitive medication
Fever
Heat sensitivity
Alcohol use
Haemophilia
